Immochan, the real estate division of retailer Auchan, has appointed property adviser DTZ Echinox to provide leasing services for Coresi Shopping Centre project in the Romanian city of Brasov.
Immochan, the real estate division of retailer Auchan, has appointed property adviser DTZ Echinox to provide leasing services for Coresi Shopping Centre project in the Romanian city of Brasov.
Coresi Shopping Center will be located on the grounds of the former Tractorul industrial site. Construction of the shopping mall will begin this year over 24 hectare of land out of the total 100 hectares which Immochan has acquired. The project features a 16,000 m2 Auchan hypermarket - the largest in Transylvania region, a 25,000 m2 GLA shopping mall and a parking area with 3,000 places.
Auchan will invest EUR 55-60 mln in developing the first phase of the shopping mall in Brasov, due to be delivered at end-2013.
