DTZ appoints Perryman to lead EMEA property management technology group

DTZ has appointed Ryan Perryman as director of property management, digital and information systems in the EMEA region.

Perryman has over 20 years’ experience of working in the real estate sector, on both the client and advisory side. Most recently he spent seven years as IT director with London-listed REIT Hammerson.
