Property adviser DTZ announced that Adrian Powell has been appointed as head of EMEA retail. He will report to John Forrester, Head of EMEA at DTZ.
Powell has been with DTZ since the acquisition of Donaldsons in 2007, having joined the retail specialist firm in 1994. Most recently his role has been head of retail development at DTZ.
