Real estate adviser DTZ has has been selected for the property management of the new strip mall located near Airport Center in Tököl, Hungary. The strip mall opened last week with 23,500 m[sup]2[/sup] of lettable retail area and comprises a hypermarket, a drugstore, an electric store, a bank and some fashion and shoe stores.
Real estate adviser DTZ has has been selected for the property management of the new strip mall located near Airport Center in Tököl, Hungary. The strip mall opened last week with 23,500 m2 of lettable retail area and comprises a hypermarket, a drugstore, an electric store, a bank and some fashion and shoe stores.
DTZ's Property Management team was established in Hungary in 1991, and is currently responsible for the management of gross 300,000 m2 of office and retail space. The team has recently centralised its subcontractor system which resulted in significant efficiency growth and service charge cost saving in its property portfolio, the company said in a press release.
'The current instruction widens further the retail property portfolio managed by DTZ. We operate, among others, Arena Plaza and we are in serious negotiations for a number of different retail properties,' said Hajnalka Farkas, head of Property Management.
