DTZ has promoted a total of 158 people across its EMEA business, including three international directors, the property adviser's most senior grade.
The new international directors are Yvo Postleb, head of DTZ Germany; Catherine Vasseur, COO EMEA Property Management in the UK and Jon Leedham; head of DTZ Midlands & South West UK.
The company also named six senior directors, 20 directors, 53 associate directors and 76 other promotions at senior surveyor level and below.
Promotions were made across almost all of DTZ’s service lines including Agency Leasing, Investment & Asset Management, Research, Property Management, Retail, Rating, Valuation, and Project & Building Consultancy.
John Forrester, CEO for DTZ in EMEA, said: 'I’m particularly encouraged by the greater diversity illustrated in this year’s promotions. Over 40 women have been promoted in all grades, which is a 50% increase on last year.
