UK-based Drivers Jonas has won a mandate to manage a pan-European office portfolio. The portfolio, put together by a Luxembourg fund comprises 29 multilet office properties in France, Germany and the Netherlands with total rental income of about EUR 11 mln per annum generated from over 150 tenants and 111,000 m[sup]2[/sup] of floor space.

Chris Armon-Jones, who leads European business of Drivers Jonas commented: 'This is an important step forward in the development of our Asset and Property Management business in Europe. We are now managing over 650,000 m2 of office and industrial space in mainland Europe, collecting over EUR 70 mln of rent from almost 500 tenants.
'We have built a solid management platform which seems particularly attractive to international investors as we are able to combine landlord and tenant skills with technical services and sound accounting practices.'
