Jones Lang LaSalle has made two key appointments to its European Retail Capital Markets teams in Spain and Sweden, strengthening its leading position in the retail investment market in EMEA. Jose Manuel Llovet joins as head of Retail Capital Markets in Spain from Unibail-Rodamco, where he was most recently director of Investment Management and a memebr of the Spanish board.

Llovet has a depth of experience and track record with the leading European REIT that will be invaluable in the Spanish market as opportunities arise and clients seek advice on their assets and country underwriting.

Antony Pastiroff joins the Capital Markets team in Sweden. He joins from EFM Sverige where he was Head of Leasing for a portfolio of approximately 670,000 m2, and previously worked at Jones Lang LaSalle for seven years. He has broad and in-depth knowledge of retail real estate and brings extensive experience to the Capital Markets team, where he will focus on retail sector.
