France's Les Docks Lyonnais has reached an agreement with a bank syndicate for the refinancing of part of the Mozart tower the company acquired from Bouygues Immobilier for EUR 484 mln in 2007. French newspaper Business Immo reported that a bank consortium comprising Calyon, DekaBank, Helaba, Natixis and Société Générale is providing a EUR 180 mln refinancing facility on the acquisition of the skyscrpaper.

Located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Tour Mozart will house the future headquarter of Bouygues Telecom after completion in July 2010. Shaftesbury Asset Management is managing the property. Law firms Godet Gaillard Solle & Maraux and Rochelois-Besins advised the banks. De Pardieu Brocas Maffei and Wargny-Katz acted for Les Docks Lyonnais.
