The new business, DMC Investment Advisory, is a joint venture between DMC Capital and Raymond Satumalay.
Satumalay has more than 20 years of experience in advising institutional investors in international real estate. He was previously a managing director at ASR REIM, the property arm of ASR, the largest insurance group in the Netherlands.
