Spain's Diursa has begun construction of the so-called Berlin, Viena and Budapest residential units, including 257 luxury houses, in San Cugat del Vallés near Barcelona. The company will invest EUR 80 mln in the three-phased construction project.
Spain's Diursa has begun construction of the so-called Berlin, Viena and Budapest residential units, including 257 luxury houses, in San Cugat del Vallés near Barcelona. The company will invest EUR 80 mln in the three-phased construction project.
The first phase, the Berlin unit, has just started and will comprise three buildings housing 89 luxury apartments. This phase is expected to be completed in July 2008.
The second phase will start in the beginning of next year with the construction of the Budapest unit, which includes two buildings of 18 apartments each. It is due for completion in March 2009. The company expects to complete the development in July 2009 with construction of the Viena Unit. This project includes solar panels and water saving systems, as well as the provision of tanks for the collection of rainwater.
Diursa Grupo Inmobiliario is a real estate company funded in Spain 25 years ago. It is active in Madrid, Valladolid, Barcelona, Málaga, Marbella and La Palma.
