DIC Asset has announced it has secured two further leasing deals at its property in the Munich Airport Business Park in Hallbergmoos, Germany. Sensor manufacturer Keyence Deutschland GmbH prematurely extended its lease agreement for 400 m2 at Lilienthalstraße 17, only a short distance from Munich Franz-Josef-Strauß Airport, by several years. The firm is moving to new premises in the same building. In addition, itelligence AG has leased around 950 m2 in the same property with effect from December 2009. The provider of SAP services is relocating its Munich branch within Hallbergmoos.

DIC acquired the property in October 2007.

DIC Onsite, which is responsible for operational real estate management, has now leased over half of the property's 8,100 m2. Other tenants include the Swiss company Dätwyler Kabel + Systeme and the logistics services provider DSV Air & Sea. In addition to its outstanding location in terms of infrastructure, the property is a hit thanks primarily to the high standard of its fixtures and fittings. The Munich branch of DIC Onsite currently manages 10 properties with commercial space totalling around 112,000 m2.

Real estate adviser Colliers/Schauer & Schöll acted as intermediary.
