DIC Asset's asset management and property management subsidiary, DIC Onsite, has unveiled plans to reshuffle its senior management team.
Joachim von Bredow has been appointed as new joint managing director of the unit. He will work in partnership with another executive who is yet to join the company and who will shortly be named.
Currently serving managing directors Hanno Schrecker and Guido Beddig will be leaving the company, DIC Asset said. The firm intends to intensify the property management focus of the subsidiary, which employs 120 staff and operates six branch offices across Germany.
Von Bredow has been active on behalf of DIC in various roles for a long period of time, according to the firm.
'I would like to thank Hanno Schrecker and Guido Beddig for their dedicated work and wish them every personal and professional success going forward,' said Sonja Wärntges, CEO of DIC Asset.
'Meanwhile, DIC is pushing forward into new dimensions. The purpose of the senior management changes at DIC Onsite is to make our real estate management fit for the future. At this time, let me wish the incoming managing directors and the entire staff of DIC Onsite success in their endeavours,' Wärntges concluded.
