Moscow's Diagonal House, a new B+ class mixed-use retail and office building developed by investment holding company Mobil Management Invest, is now fully leased. The Russian office of real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield acted as co-exclusive leasing and marketing agent for the central Moscow project, which was completed in February 2008.

Key tenants at Diagonal House include RTM Development, CBSD, Raiffeisenbank, Tahitian Noni and Megafon, one of Russia’s leading mobile phone operators. Diagonal House is the second project for Mobil Management Invest, which combines both Russian and international equity capital. Diagonal House represents the investment group’s second project.
Located in Moscow’s Savelovsky area, the 12-storey Diagonal House covers a total area of 16,655 m2 with an office leasable area of 12,329 m2. The building was nominated for the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards 2008 in the category of 'Best Class B Business Centre', Cushman & Wakefield noted.
