DHS Real Estate Investment Management has announced the appointment of Joep Cuppen as partner focusing on Fund- and Asset Management.

He joins from Urban Industrial, where he has been working for almost 7 years as head of Asset Management involved in optimizing the real estate portfolio with a total lettable floor area of over 800,000 m2.

Cuppen will use his knowledge and experience to continue the growth that DHS has experienced since its establishment in 2020 and he will contribute to the further professionalization of DHS. Within DHS, he will not only be responsible for fund and asset management, but also for the back office and business development.

DHS Real Estate Investment Management is an independent real estate manager offering fully integrated investment, asset, leasing and property management services. DHS is currently managing a real estate portfolio of offices, logistics, industrial and residential of approximately €500 mln and is aiming to grow its portfolio to €1 bn of AUM within the next two years. 

The firm will focus on acquiring brownfields for (re)developments to last mile logistics, light industrial, big box logistics and manage-to-green offices.
