DG Hyp and three regional German banks have assumed the financing of shopping and leisure centre WERKStadt Limburg in the German state of Hessen.
The joint financing volume amounts to €40 mln, of which DG Hyp is assuming €22 mln, Volksbank Mittelhessen is taking €10 mln, Volksbank Rhein-Lahn €5 mln and Vereinigte Volksbank Limburg €3 mln.
The borrower is feuer-werk.immobilien GmbH.
WERKStadt Limburg is located in Limburg an der Lahn in the west German state of Hessen. The mall was built on a former railway site covering around 65,000 m2 and opened in August 2009. An extension to the complex, which also houses an indoor leisure park and fitness studio, opened in October 2013.
