German fund manager DFV Deutsche Fondsvermögen has acquired three hotel properties from pan-European hotel group H-Hotels.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The properties, located in Friedrichroda, Wiesbaden/Niedernhausen and Hannover, will continue to be operated by H-Hotels.
'Expansion is an important theme for us, and we currently have several major projects in the works,' said Alexander Fitz, CEO of H-Hotels. 'Our focus remains the operation of hotels. We have found a successful and strong partner in the shape of DFV Deutsche Fondsvermögen.'
Close to the centre of Friedrichroda, the H + Hotel & Spa Friedrichroda has 153 guest rooms, two restaurants and a 1,600 m2 spa area.
The H + Hotel Wiesbaden Niedernhausen comprises 187 rooms and 67 apartments, while the H + Hotel Hannover, situated a 10-minute drive from the Hannover exhibition centre, comprises 179 4-star guest rooms.
