London-listed developer Development Securities has confirmed it is in talks with the Irish National Asset Management Agency (NAMA) about buying various assets.

Earlier this week, UK real estate publication Property Week reported that Development Securities had teamed up with the William Pears Group, one of the largest property companies in the UK, to acquire the Chrome portfolio from NAMA for about £100 mln.

The portfolio comprises 38 developments and standing residential assets which had been owned by an Irish developer.
