Deutsche Pfandbriefbank provides loan for Swedish resi package

German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank said on Thursday it has provided a SEK 550 mln (EUR 65 mln) facility to subsidiaries of Hyresbostäder i Sverige II, ultimately owned by Boligutleie Holding II. Both entities are managed by ABG Sundal Collier Real Estate, Obligo Investment Management and Graflunds Byggnads.
