German lender pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank has appointed Manuel Gil as head of real estate finance in Spain.
Gil joined the bank in 2007 and has recently been responsible for underwriting real estate financing in Spain. He has over 18 years experience in real estate lending, including roles in workout and in origination.
He will report to Norbert Müller, head REF Continental Europe West, who was in the interim also acting as head of real estate finance in the Spanish market.
