Deutsche Hypo finances Krakow office building for Lithuanian asset manager

German lender Deutsche Hypo - Nord/LB Real Estate Finance said on Wednesday that it has financed the Big office property in Krakow, Poland, for Eika Real Estate Fund managed by the Lithuanian Eika Asset Management company.
