Germany’s Deutsche Hypothekenbank has provided a €33 mln loan for three office properties near Bremen airport in Germany.
The 10-year loan was granted to developer Europa-Center AG, which specialises in building modern offices in the northern German cities of Hamburg, Berlin, Bremen, Bremerhaven and Essen.
The combined office complex provides 33,300 m2 of space and is let to Allianz Deutschland, DMK Deutsches Milchkontor, Deutsche Post Immobilien and Areva Wind.
