Deutsche Bank has sold its headquarters in Madrid in a €42 mln sale and leaseback with Indian businessman Ram Bhavnani.

Located at 18, Paseo de la Castellana, the building provides around 9,000 m2 of office space occupied by the German financial group, which has agreed on a new 20-year lease on the asset.

According to Spanish press reports, the other occupier of the building is the Belgian Embassy.

Jones Lang LaSalle advised Deutsche Bank on the sale.
