Deutsche Bank sells Liverpool warehouse for €61m

Deutsche Bank’s asset management arm has announced the sale of The Vault distribution warehouse in Liverpool, UK to Hansainvest for more than £48 mln (€61 mln) on behalf of one of its funds.
