International law firm Dentons has carried out a board restructuring by appointing five global vice-chairs to represent each of the regions where it operates.
International law firm Dentons has carried out a board restructuring by appointing five global vice-chairs to represent each of the regions where it operates.
Prague-based Evan Z. Lazar, who is co-chairman of the global real estate group, becomes vice-chair for the Europe region. Lazar acts for numerous leading institutional clients including AIG Global Real Estate, Blackstone, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Starwood Capital Group.
The other four appointees are Jana Cohen Barbe in the US, Richard Macklin for the EMEA region, Shawna Vogel in Canada and Jinquan Xiao in China.
