Global law firm Dentons' capital markets team in Warsaw has led the debut listing of Immofinanz on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The shares in Austria's largest company will be listed on the WIG Index starting on 21 June 2013.
Immofinanz Group is already listed in Vienna and the double listing in Warsaw will not result in any new shares being issued. The company's core markets include Russia, Poland, Romania, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
The Dentons team was led by Partner Marcin Bartczak and included capital markets specialists Inga Dulska and Artur Cieslik.
