Global law firm Dentons has boosted its real estate practice in Germany with the addition of property investment partner René Dubois.
Based in Munich, Dubois will focus on investment and property transactions. He previously worked 14 years at Noerr.
Dubois will advise both domestic and international investors in all phases of real estate investments. He will also assist family businesses and entrepreneurs with corporate law issues, investment structuring and corporate transactions.
With the addition of Dubois, Dentons now has 22 real estate lawyers in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich.
