The inauguration of the Podgorica mall will follow the opening late last year of the 87,000 m2 Delta City project in Belgrade. Podgorica's Delta City mall will include a cineplex and supermarket as anchor tenants, while there will also be entertainment facilities and a food court.
Delta Real Estate is currently developing another mall in Belgrade called Delta Planet and has significant expansion plans for the region.
