Delta RE begins construction of Serbian retail park

Belgrade-based property development company Delta Real Estate has started construction of Delta park, the first retail park in Serbia and the surrounding region. The company plans to invest a total of EUR 25 mln in the project, which will create up to 600 new jobs.
