Shopping mall developer Delta has announced that Serbia's first international style-shopping mall in Belgrade, Delta City, is now 100% leased ahead of its scheduled opening this November.
The mall is located in New Belgrade, the largest residential area in the capital with a very high population density. It has 120 tenants, including names like Zara, Marks & Spencer, Esprit, New Yorker, Bestseller, Sport Impuls, Massimo Dutti, Mexx, Mango and Costa Coffee.
The total size of the Delta City development is 85,000 m2. Delta said the development will also feature a multiplex cinema, supermarket, bowling alley, cafes and restaurants, a playroom for children and abundant parking. Exclusive leasing agent for the mall was Colliers International Serbia.
