Deloitte has expanded its London-based real assets advisory team with two new partners and two new directors.

Michelle Kite joins as a partner with a focus on the structuring, funding, and financing of complex development projects and land transactions.

Previously, Kite advised Grosvenor Property on the sale of their BTR  development site in Bermondsey and set up its partnership for a significant office and retail development in Mayfair.

Michelle Kite, partner in real assets advisory said: ‘I bring a unique perspective to this role with directly relevant industry experience from my time as the Commercial Director at Grosvenor. I am enthusiastic to bring my industry knowledge and experience to the wider collective team we have, as Deloitte’s real assets advisory continues to develop.’

Hari Sothinathan joins as a partner to further grow the development advisory and transactions team nationally.

Formerly at Gerald Eve, he is one of the UK’s top advisors on complex development and regeneration projects.

Jane Lees joins as a director with an emphasis on trade-related and alternative assets, such as hotels, healthcare and self-storage.

Previously, she was an executive director for CBRE’s European Hotels business.

As a new director, Andrew Stanford will be head the residential capital markets team.

With over 30 years of experience in the residential sector, two of which heading the UK government’s taskforce for the private rented sector responsible for kickstarting the BTR sector.
