European logistics warehouse specialist Delin Property has appointed Isaac Núñez as country manager for Spain.
Núñez has over a decade’s experience in the Spanish real estate investment market and has led teams in acquiring, building and managing logistics warehouses.
He previously worked at Thor Equities, where he ran the Spanish business and built a €225 mln portfolio.
During his career he also set up the investment management business for logistics expert Aristeas Group and worked at AGIB Real Estate.

Delin Property’s strategy in Spain focused on development projects in prime logistics locations in Greater Madrid, delivering 111,700 m2 across two logistics projects - Alcalá East Madrid Park and South Madrid Logistics Park.
