Delin Capital Asset Management has appointed Stuart Davies as its new head of asset management.
Davies joins Delin from UK retail giant John Lewis, where he was responsible for the management of the business’s entire distribution network, four department stores and four partnership hotels.
Prior to his role at John Lewis, Davies served at UK REIT Segro with responsibility for the company’s £700 mln (€830 mln) Heathrow Airport portfolio.
