European logistics specialist Delin has completed the purchase of a 26,000 m2 distribution centre outside Tilburg in the Netherlands.
The facility at Gilze, located on the A58 motorway, a major logistics corridor, is let under a flexible lease agreement to food wholesaler Sligro Food Group. The 4.9 hectare site has also been identified as having long-term redevelopment potential, in line with Delin's value-add strategy.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Founded in 2012, Delin has grown its portfolio to approximately one million m2 of investment assets and active development projects in the Benelux region. Its current development projects amount to nearly 300,000 m2, with a longer-term development pipelne of more than 500,000 m2.
