UK-focused property investment, development and asset management advisory company Delancey, has appointed Zeynep Fetvaci as head of business development and investor relations.
Reporting directly to Delancey managing director, Paul Goswell, Fetvaci will be responsible for broadening the company’s reach with investors to support the growth of the business.
Fetvaci has over 20 years of relevant experience, specializing in real estate fundraising, investing and asset management. She joins from JLL where she was a managing director and co-head of their global funds advisory team in EMEA, responsible for their coverage of indirect capital flows.
Prior to her role with JLL, Zeynep was a managing director at Hodes Weill & Associates where she was principally responsible for managing relationships with institutional investors in Europe. She has also held roles at Peakside Capital, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley.
