Guy Powdrill has been recruited by London-based Delancey as residential investment director, taking a leading role in the firm’s existing residential investment advisory team.
'Guy brings a wealth of experience in both the build-to-rent and the wider residential investment market and will be a valuable addition to this fast growing business,' said Stafford Lancaster, investment director at Delancey.
Powdrill will focus on growth across Get Living’s portfolio and operations and working closely with the partners backing the initiative.

Get Living, a private residential rental investment and rental management business, is a partnership between Qatari Diar and clients of Delancey.
Powdrill joins from L1 Property, the real estate funds management arm of L1 Capital. He has over 20 years of experience in both the residential and commercial direct and indirect property markets and has held previous senior positions at Goldman Sachs, CBRE and Countrywide.
