UK property company Delancey has hired John Kehoe to strengthen its investments team.
Kehoe joins Delancey as an investment director from Rockspring. Prior to this he worked as vice president at Round Hill Capital, was an assistant portfolio manager in London and Milan for Cordea Savills, and began his career as a chartered surveyor at Knight Frank.
Delancey said Kehoe would work to identify potential investment opportunities for the firm and its real estate funds.
Kehoe was educated at Cardiff University, Cass Business School and The Johns Hopkins University (USA) and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
