German fund manager Deka Immobilien has acquired a grade A office building in Prague from developer Skanska for €77 mln.
Parkview is a single standalone building, providing just under 16,000 m2 of office space over eight storeys. It has received the Leed Platinum certification, and is aiming for both the Well Gold Shell & Core and the Health & Safety ratings.
Completed in the second quarter of 2020, the asset is 94% leased to eight tenants, including blue chip brands such as Cisco, Grant Thornton and Jacobs Douwe Egberts.
Fraser Watson, director of investment advisory at Savills Czech Rupublic and Slovakia, said: 'We are delighted to have been selected by Deka Immobilien to provide commercial advisory services on their acquisition of such a high profile investment.
'The property has been exceptionally well finished by a top tier developer, is leased to a small number of quality tenants, and is located within one of Prague’s preeminent office clusters.
'In these globally uncertain market times, Parkview represents a truly core investment opportunity and we are honoured to have been part of the transaction team.'
Parkview is the final new development within the City commercial development project in Pankrác, an area developed over the last fifteen years.
