German real estate company Deka Immobilien has purchased a newly constructed, energy-efficient office building with retail space in Paris for €89 mln.
The property was acquired from AG Real Estate France, a French subsidiary of Belgian real estate group AG Real Estate.
The 7,750 m2 property, named My Little Nation, is fully leased to waste management company Citeo and grocery retailer Aldi on long-term leases.
Located at Place de la Nation in the revitalised 11th arrondissement, the building carries BREEAM and HQE Excellent certifications and received the SIMI 2024 Coup de Coeur award.
Deka said the acquisition adds a prime asset in a sought-after Parisian market to the Deka-ImmobilienMetropolen (DIM) fund’s portfolio, offering long-term rental income growth potential at favourable purchase terms.
