German fund manager Deka Immobilien has sold the Florenc Office Center in Prague to Czech investment fund ZFP Investments in a deal worth around €34 mln.
The site’s 11,000 m2 of space is fully let, with tenants including accountancy firm KPMG.
The office was built in 2003 and had been held in the property portfolio of the Deka-S-Property Fund 1, an individual property investment fund.
