Financial details were not disclosed.

Built in 2010 by developer Bouygues Immobilier, the office building is located in the Basso Cambo III business park and provides 12,700 m2 of space. It is almost fully leased to the French energy company, Electricité de France.

The asset, designed by architectural firm Laborie Architectes, was bought at the development stage by a special fund managed by Deka Immobilien in June 2008. At the time, it was the first private commercial development to be certified according to High Quality Environmental standards in the Midi-Pyrénées region.
