The investment arm of Deka Group has sold a building located at 83 Avenue Marcel Thiry in Brussels to Ghent-based developer Immogra. Financial details were not disclosed.
The building offers a total area of 11,500 m2 and is part of the major Marcel Thiry-Pleiades development in the Woluwe-Saint-Lambert district, aimed at converting offices into residential units.
'The project to transform the building into housing units will make better use of these surfaces while achieving the desired sales price,' said Sandra Gottcheiner of CBRE, which was hired by Deka in July 2011 to manage the sale of the building.
Immogra has a number of development projects in the area, including the Calabria site also on Avenue Marcel Thiry.
