Deka Immobilien has announced the sale of the Stafa mixed-use building in Vienna to an unnamed Austrian investor. The companies agreed to keep financial details confidential.
The asset, which was acquired in 2003 for the WestInvest InterSelect open-ended real estate, currently includes 11,600 m2 of retail and office space.
In a statement on Friday, Deka said the disposal will allow the fund to re-invest the proceeds in new market opportunities while reducing the proportion of mature assets in its portfolio.
Deka's WestInvest InterSelect fund has been very active recently. Earlier this month it acquired The Rock office tower in Amsterdam's Zuidas business district and purchased the Guardian HQ in London for EUR 283 mln.
