German fund manager Deka Immobilien has acquired two office buildings in Vienna for a total of €235 mln.
Deka acquired the assets, Hoch Zwei and Plus Zwei, on behalf of its open-ended fund, Deka-ImmobilienEuropa.
The vendor was Austrian real estate company S Immo.
The office buildings are located in the second district of Vienna close to the city centre. The 80-metre high office tower Hoch Zwei provides a lettable area of almost 27,000 m2. The adjacent building Plus Zwei is 35 metres in height and comprises 20,500 m2 of office space.
The assets were completed in 2009 and are linked to each other by a bridge construction. There are 499 underground parking spaces.
The buildings are fully and long-term leased to Austrian oil and gas company OMV Group.
