Deka Immobilien buys Oslo office scheme for €77m

The seller is Norwegian project developer Winta Eiendom.

The property will be added to the portfolio of Deka's WestInvest InterSelect open-ended real estate fund and represents the fund's first asset in the city.

The property consists of three interconnected buildings. In addition to an historic office building from 1882, which has been fully renovated and is under partial heritage protection, two new buildings were completed in 2017. The complex offers 8,200 m2 of leasable space and is fully leased to law firm Steenstrup Stordrange DA (SANDS) with 12 years remaining on the lease.

CBRE Norway advised Deka on the transaction. Akershus Eiendom acted as transaction manager on behalf of the vendor.
