German open-ended fund manager Deka Immobilien has announced the purchase of the Campus Böblingen logistics asset for around EUR 30 mln. The vendor is HPI Helvetic Private Investments.

The property - earmarked for the group's WestInvest InterSelect open-ended property fund - will further diversify the fund's portfolio, Deka said in a statement.

The facility offers a total of 28,000 m2 of rental space occupied by logistics group, LGI Südwest. The asset is equipped with a photovoltaic system on the roof, and boasts a DGNB Silver environmentally-sustainable certificate.
