Deka Immobilien has appointed Victor Stoltenburg as managing director, handling all acquisitions and sales for the German real estate management firm from 1 September.
He replaces Thomas Schmengler who, as announced in early March, will be retiring at the end of August.
Stoltenburg has been head of acquisitions and sales at Deka Immobilien for nearly 11 years. He has also been deputy area head since June 2017. He started out as a legal advisor for real estate-related issues at a variety of companies before working as a real estate investment manager at SEB and Union Investment starting in 2005.
