German investor Deka Immobilien has completed its acquisition of the Whitewater shopping centre in Ireland for €180 mln.
The 30,000 m2 shopping centre is located in the town of Newbridge, Co Kildare.
The Irish Times newspaper reported that Deka outbid six other European and US funds last year to acquire the centre.
Deka already owned the Mahon Point shopping centre in Cork, acquired in 2015 for €250 mln.
