Located between the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, Moerdijk offers a combination of road, rail and waterway connections and is expected to benefit strongly from the forecast increased flow in international goods transhipments. Demand for modern logistics space in the Netherlands has been markedly higher than supply in recent years, Deka said.
