German investor Deka Immobilien said on Tuesday that it has appointed Marlene Raffault as new head of real estate management in France. Raffault will be responsible for setting up and managing the asset management activity of the Deka Group in the country, where the investor currently has a portfolio worth EUR 2.5 bn.

Before joining Deka, Raffault worked for five years for Generali Immobilier and subsequently moved to Oppenheim Immobilier in November 2001 where she was responsible for managing the French portfolio.
