German fund manager Deka Immobilien has acquired a 13,000 m2 fully let office building in the Paris region.

The purchase price and the seller was not disclosed. The asset is being added to the portfolio of the Deka-Immobilien Europa open-ended property fund.

The property was built in 1972 and is located on Avenue Charles de Gaulle in the Neuilly submarket of Paris, and at the entrance road to business district La Défense.

The building consists of a rectangular building and two satellites with a facade of Corten steel and in 2011 was completely renovated. There are also 244 underground parking places.
